In Hong Kong, riding the bicycle from a relaxation exercise change to be a transportation method. However, the bicycle parking rack of government cannot provide a good protection for the bicycle of the citizen. ​
Problem

Also, because of someone wrong using the bicycle parking rack, such as parking a long time, parking another object on the bicycle parking place, to cause the bicycle parking rack not enough for the people who really need to use the bicycle parking rack.
